目的考察不同品种和采收季节对紫花苜蓿中黄酮量的影响。方法以苜蓿素为对照品,对紫外分光光度法测定紫花苜蓿总黄酮的量进行方法学考察,对北京地区种植的9个紫花苜蓿品种在春、夏、秋季3个采收期总黄酮的量进行测定分析。结果9个紫花苜蓿品种中,“费纳尔”和“爱维兰”总黄酮量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),其他7个品种间无显著差异(P>0.05);在3个采收季节中,各品种在秋季的黄酮量均高于春、夏两季,其中“费纳尔”、“爱维兰”和“爱菲尼”总黄酮的量在3个季节差异不显著(P>0.05),“美标304”、“胜利者”和“改革者”则有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论品种和采收季节对紫花苜蓿中的总黄酮的量均有明显影响,而不同品种中的总黄酮对季节变化的敏感性不同。
Objective To investigate the effects of different cultivars and harvesting seasons on the content of flavonoids in alfalfa. Methods The method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavonoids in alfalfa was studied with alizarin as reference substance. The total flavonoids in spring, summer and autumn were collected from nine alfalfa cultivars planted in Beijing. Perform assay analysis. Results The contents of total flavonoids in “Fenar” and “Aiweilan” of 9 Alfalfa cultivars were significantly higher than those of other cultivars (P <0.05). There was no significant difference among the other 7 cultivars (P> 0.05). In the three harvest seasons, the flavonoid content of all varieties in autumn was higher than that in spring and summer, in which “Fernal”, “Ai Weilan” and “Affini” total The amount of flavonoids was not significantly different in the three seasons (P>0.05), and there was a significant difference between American Standard 304, winners, and reformers (P<0.05). Conclusion The variety and harvest season have significant effects on the total flavonoid content in alfalfa, and the flavonoids in different varieties have different sensitivities to seasonal changes.
