目的在镇痛泵中加入地塞米松以研究其是否能有效防止术后恶心呕吐、对抗芬太尼的致呕作用,以及对伤口愈合的影响.方法 90例病人随机分成对照A组(生理盐水),地塞米松B组(地塞米松10 mg加入镇痛泵中)和格拉司琼(granisetron)C组(格拉司琼3 mg加入镇痛泵中),每组30例,观察病人术后24 h恶心呕吐的情况及伤口愈合的等级和时间.结果 A组比B组和C组的恶心呕吐的发生率要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组的恶心呕吐的发生率比C组要高,但两者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).各组病人伤口愈合的时间和等级差异无统计学意义.结论在镇痛泵中加入地塞米松能有效地减少病人术后恶心呕吐的发生、对抗芬太尼的致呕作用,不影响伤口的愈合.
