在武钢7号高炉改造性检修期间,对6段铜冷却壁损坏原因进行调查分析。分析结果表明,5段风口铸铁冷却壁损坏,特别是风口冷却壁铸体被侵蚀掉,渣铁大量进入铜冷却壁背面,烧坏进水管,是6段炉腹铜冷却壁损坏的主要原因。采取对炉腹6段铜冷却壁进水冷面增加凸台的结构改进,并减小风口冷却壁上部厚度,增加风口带砖衬的厚度,可减少风口冷却壁和炉腹冷却壁损坏。
During the revamping of No.7 blast furnace in WISCO, the cause of the damage of the 6 staged copper staves was investigated. The results show that the damage to the cooling wall of the 5-section tuyere cast iron, especially the castings of the tuyere cooling wall, is eroded. The large amount of slag enters the back of the copper cooling wall and burns the water inlet pipe. This is the main reason for the damage of the 6-stage burned copper cooling wall. The improvement of the structure of the bosses for increasing the water cooling surface of the copper cooling wall of the bifurcate 6 and reducing the thickness of the upper part of the cooling wall of the tuyere and the thickness of the brick lining of the tuyere can reduce the damage to the cooling wall of the tuyere and the cooling zone of the belly.
