1病历摘要患者女,54岁。以“间断呼吸困难、发现上腹部肿物3个月”为主诉于2007-03-29收入吉林大学第一医院。患者3个月前出现劳累性呼吸困难。同时自觉上腹部“肿物”进行性增大。曾做腹部彩超证实“肿物”为肿大的肝脏。患者自发病以来明显乏力,进食差,体重近1年来下降15kg。
