随着我国经济建设的不断发展,水利工程作为一项民生工程达到了进一步的强化,极大的促进了建筑业的管理体制改革过程,进而,以工程项目管理为核心的中国水利施工企业的经营管理体制也发生了十分大的变化,文章重点针对水利工程施工安全管理问题进行了分析,揭示水利工程安全管理在项目运作中的重要作用,提出现阶段其在水利工程项目中存在的问题和不足,然后,对提高水利工程施工安全管理提出了相应的意见和措施,创建一个安全的水利工程施工过程。
