柯尔伯格的道德认知发展理论是西方重要的德育理论,它的道德主体论、发展论、方法论和实践论等内容对当今的职业道德教育有借鉴意义。基于该理论的指导,要求职业道德教育要坚持以生为本的教育原则,遵循职业道德培养规律,注重提高职业道德判断力,加强职业道德的实践养成,挖掘职业道德的隐性教育因素。
Kohlberg’s theory of moral cognitive development is an important moral education theory in the West. Its contents such as moral subject theory, development theory, methodology and practice theory are of reference to today’s professional ethics education. Based on the guidance of the theory, it is required that professional ethics education adhere to the principle of taking students as the foundation, follow the rules of cultivating professional ethics, pay attention to improving professional moral judgment, strengthen the practice of professional ethics, and excavate the hidden educational factors of professional ethics.
