丰田汽车公司创造了一种全新的管理模式——丰田生产方式,使其在国际竞争中占据主动。丰田生产方式作为先进生产制造系统的代表,是一种优秀的管理思想,被国际范围内的众多企业所模仿。自20世纪80年代以来,许多中国制造企业纷纷学习和推广丰田生产方式,遗憾的是一直未能真正理解丰田生产方式的精髓。本文着重对我国制造企业深入推行丰田生产方式的主要问题进行了分析,并对如何克服这些问题作了探讨,以期为中国制造业企业更好地借鉴丰田生产方式提出建议。
Toyota Motor Corporation has created a new management model - Toyota production methods to make it take the initiative in the international competition. As a representative of advanced manufacturing system, Toyota’s production method is an excellent management idea and is imitated by many enterprises in the world. Since the 1980s, many Chinese manufacturers have studied and promoted Toyota’s production methods. Unfortunately, they have not been able to truly understand the essence of Toyota’s production methods. This article focuses on the main problems that our manufacturing enterprises deeply implement Toyota production mode, and discusses how to overcome these problems in order to make suggestions for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to better learn from Toyota’s production mode.
