目的探讨后颅窝肿瘤术后并发远隔部位急性硬膜外血肿的形成原因及防治措施。方法针对2006年1月—2013年6月发生的后颅窝肿瘤切除术后并发远隔部位急性硬膜外血肿6例,总结分析其临床资料。结果 5例行开颅手术清除血肿,1例采取保守治疗,6例均痊愈出院。3个月后随访,除1例呈中度残疾,其余5例均恢复良好。结论注意采取相应预防措施,术后密切观察,及时诊断并行手术治疗,是改善预后的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention and treatment of acute epidural hematoma in the posterior fossa tumors after operation. Methods From January 2006 to June 2013, 6 cases of acute epidural hematoma occurred in the distal fossa after resection of the posterior fossa tumor. The clinical data were summarized and analyzed. Results Five patients underwent craniotomy to remove the hematoma. One patient underwent conservative treatment and the other 6 patients were cured. Follow up after 3 months, except for 1 case of moderate disability, the other 5 cases recovered well. Conclusion Attention to take appropriate preventive measures, close observation after surgery, timely diagnosis and concurrent surgical treatment, is the key to improving prognosis.
