我厂第二金工车间有一部分是专门生产螺栓,产量很大。螺栓在铰丝之前,要经过倒角的工序;这个工序过去是在车床上按一般的方法进行的,生产效率很低(每班只能加工100个)。后来胡传东生产小组的职工在车间技术组的帮助下,设计了一个螺栓倒角用的胎具,使生产效率提高7倍(每班加工800个)。胎具的构造如附图所示。图中1是车床主轴;2是刀体,它和车床的主轴孔配合。4是定位套,用螺钉19
