目的探讨基于护患合作情境模拟教学在急救基本技术护理中的应用与效果。方法随机选取本院高护班学生56名,并分成两组,实验组28名、对照组28名。实验组采用护患合作情境模拟教学方法教学,对照组采用传统的方法教学。结果实验组护生基础护理理论部分和操作技能部分成绩均高于对照组P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护患合作情境模拟教学方法能够提高急救基本技术护理的教学质量,教学效果明显,对培养护生团队意识、协作交流能力,建立职业认同感,明确其角色能力都十分有益。
Objective To explore the application and effect of nurse-patient cooperation situational simulation in first aid basic nursing. Methods 56 randomly selected high nursing students in our hospital were divided into two groups, 28 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group. The experimental group used nurse-patient cooperative situational teaching method teaching, while the control group used traditional method teaching. Results The experimental group nursing students basic nursing theory and part of the operating skills were higher than the control group P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing - patient cooperative situational simulation teaching method can improve the teaching quality of first aid basic nursing. The teaching effect is obvious. It is very beneficial to nurturing nursing team awareness, communication and cooperation, establishing professional identity and clarifying their role and ability.
