房地产开发及物业管理，关系千家万户，涉及到广大群众的基本权益。本文从产权产籍登记管理、拆迁管理、开发经营管理、物业管理四个角度对房产管理的职能和作用加以探讨，提出对房地产及物业管理进行规范发展，不但便于推进经济的。怏速发展，而且还便于提高广大人民的居住品质、稳定社会秩序。
