当前港航水运管理部门项目绩效评价管理存在很多问题,为了加强项目预算资金管理,提高资金使用效益,本文提出对策和建议,供港航水运部门预算资金管理参考。
At present, there are many problems in the project performance evaluation and management of the port and shipping department.
