我科 1997～ 2 0 0 1年共收治 2 6例小儿鼠药中毒 ,男 18例 ,女 8例 ,1～ 3岁 15例 ,～ 6岁 8例 ,～ 9岁 3例 ,城市儿童3例 ,农村 2 3例 ,鼠药来源 :家中 19例 ,室外 7例。 10例昏迷 ,8例呼吸困难、紫绀 ,4例伴皮下、消化道及呼吸系统等症状 ,4例因呼衰死亡。 19例因中毒时间 My department 1997 ~ 2001 treated a total of 26 cases of poisoning in children with rats, 18 males and 8 females, 1 to 3 years old in 15 cases, 6 years old in 8 cases, ~ 9 years old in 3 cases, 3 cases of urban children , 23 cases in rural areas, rats medicine source: 19 cases of home, 7 cases of outdoor. 10 cases were coma, 8 cases of dyspnea, cyanosis, 4 cases with subcutaneous, gastrointestinal and respiratory symptoms, 4 died of respiratory failure. 19 cases due to poisoning time
