校本课程是学校课程自主权的充分体现,是学校文化建设的重要载体。我校地处老城区,70%以上是外迁子女,来自30多个省份,其中不乏少数民族的孩子。不同的地域会形成不同的镜子,反射出不同的地域文化和行为习惯。我们需要把同学之间融会贯通、相互尊重、悦纳自我、平等对待等融和品性有效地转化为学生个体的成长目标,有步骤地具体落实到每个个体上。正是这种地域差异给学校的统一教育带来了一定的困难。同时,也带来了丰富的课程资源。基于
