“调结构、去产能”背景下,煤矿工人面临严重的失业风险。基于文献和前期研究开发失业风险感知、安全承诺及心理贫困量表,并探索量表结构。选取444名矿工进行问卷调查,结果表明:个体差异性失业风险感知与安全承诺的6个维度均呈负相关关系,但技术性失业风险感知与政策性失业风险感知对安全承诺部分维度呈正向影响;发现矿工面对外源性和内源性失业风险感知会分别产生“积极”、“消极”2类不同的防御反应;心理贫困及其3个维度在失业风险感知和安全承诺之间具有部分中介效应。
“Adjusting the structure, to capacity ” against the background, coal miners are facing a serious risk of unemployment. Unemployment risk perceptions, safety commitments and psychological poverty scales were developed based on literature and prior studies, and the scale structure was explored. 444 miners were selected to conduct the questionnaire survey. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the individual risk perception of different unemployment and the six dimensions of safety commitment, but the perceived risk of technical unemployment and the risk perception of policy unemployment positively influenced part of the safety commitment dimension. Found that miners face two kinds of defensive responses of “positive” and “negative” in the face of exogenous and endogenous risk perception respectively; psychological impoverishment and three dimensions in the unemployment risk perception and safety commitment Between some mediation effect.
