介绍了一种新型的高效率微带型光导开关超短电脉冲产生器结构．从理论上研究了这种产生器在高偏压工作的情况下，超短光脉冲和光导开关参量对输出电脉冲特性的影响，并给出了实验结果． A new type of high efficiency microstrip photoconductive switch ultrashort electric pulse generator is introduced. The effect of the parameters of ultrashort optical pulse and photoconductive switch on the characteristics of the output electrical pulse is theoretically studied in the case of high bias operation. The experimental results are also given.
