随着社会经济的发展,我们国家对于法律的要求也进一步提高,对于行政法和宪法这两种影响最大的法律来说,我们应该进一步加强建设,进行更深入的了解和发展。这两种法律有他们的共同点,虽然有区别但是他们还是相互制约相互影响的。宪法对于行政法的影响比较大。在本文中,我们对这两种法律进行详细的论述,更加清晰的认识到这两种方法的不同,也可以发现他们的重要性。
With the development of society and economy, the requirements of our country on law are further raised. For the most influential laws such as administrative law and constitutional law, we should further strengthen the building and conduct more in-depth understanding and development. Both laws have their similarities but, although different, they restrict each other and influence each other. The constitution has a great influence on the administrative law. In this article, we elaborate on these two laws and understand more clearly the differences between the two approaches and their significance.
