作为年产300万吨海盐的全国海盐生产大县,无棣县过去生产的海盐主要用于盐化工原料。近年来,面对化工行业低迷、原盐价格大幅下滑、海盐产值持续低迷的形势,通过自主研发新技术、新工艺,开发工艺品、日用品等新产品,实现了盐业由单纯销售原盐向精深加工转变,拉伸了海盐产业链条,走出了一条传统产业转型升级的新路子。一、延伸海盐产业链,实现深加工增值一是自主研发盐雕工艺品。以高纯度海盐为原料,创新研发盐雕工艺品,现已研发出历史人物、动植物、家居摆件、车内饰品、装饰材料等13大系列200各余种盐雕产品,年产量1万件以上。盐雕工艺品成功注册“玉之雅”商标,成为“山东100” As an annual output of 3 million tons of sea salt nationwide production of sea salt, Wudi County, the past production of sea salt is mainly used for salt chemical raw materials.
