针对某机型垫板类零件典型结构的工艺性及工艺装备优化进行分析,结合提高生产效率和产品质量、减少加工成本的要求,对工艺方案进行了改进。通过增加工艺凸台和工艺孔,将原来由多套工装、曲面定位的加工方式改为以工艺凸台定位加工,从而降低了加工难度,减少了工装使用数量,可保证产品质量。本文介绍了在工艺装备优化过程中的具体实施过程,并为总结和提炼指导性技术应用资料提供参考。
Aiming at the technology of the typical structure of a certain type of mat plate and the optimization of process equipment, the process scheme is improved with the requirements of improving the production efficiency and product quality and reducing the processing cost.
