党的十七大以来,在党中央和各级党委的领导下,各级组织部门坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,围绕中心、服务大局,与时俱进、改革创新,全面加强和改进组织工作,取得了丰硕的成果。为了激励各级组织部门和广大组工干部以创先争优的精神不断开创组织工作新局面,中组部在2011年全国组织部长会议期间,举办了地方组织部门特色工作展示和评选活动。各省区市、副省级城市和新疆生产建设兵团党委组织部共申报了110项特色工作。经与会代表推荐,评出了“十佳”特色工作和45项优秀工作。现将“十佳”特色工作予以编发,供各地学习借鉴。
