随着矿井开采强度的不断增大和煤矿井田开采深度的日益增,矿山压力增大,各类巷道的矿压显现随采深增加日趋明显,采区准备巷道更为突出,巷道变形、支架破坏、巷道断面缩小,反复修复仍不能满足要求,影响矿井正常生产秩序及经营效果。孙村煤矿开采深度已达-1100m水平,是目前国内开采最深的矿井之一。针对孙村煤矿埋藏深、地应力大地质条件复杂,2423断东工作面开采及-1100一采轨道大巷的施工状况,分析综采工作面跨采轨道大巷变形破坏的影响范围,进而在影响范围内改变巷道支护方式,改善支护参数,对巷道进行支护.结果表明,该技术有效控制了巷道围岩变形量,为矿井的安全生产创造了条件,取得良好技术经济效益.
With the continuous increase of mining intensity and the increasing exploitation depth of coal mine field, the pressure of mine increased with the increase of mining pressure. As the mining pressure increased, the mine pressure of various roadways became more obvious, the preparation roadway was more prominent, the deformation of roadway, Tunnel section reduced, repeatedly repaired still can not meet the requirements, affecting the normal production order and operation of the mine. Suncun coal mining depth has reached -1100m level, is currently the deepest mining one of the mines. In view of the deep burial of Suncun coal mine, complex geologic conditions of geostress, the mining of 2423 Seongdong working face and the construction condition of -1100 first mining orbital roadway, the influence range of deformation and failure of fully mechanized coal mining face is analyzed. The change of roadway support ways, the improvement of support parameters and the support of the roadway were carried out in the affected area.The results showed that the technology effectively controlled the deformation of roadway surrounding rock, created the conditions for mine safety production and achieved good technical and economic benefits.
