讨论式教学法是与讲授式教学法相对应的,包括案例教学法在内的一种教学法。它能够有效地培养学生的创造性人格,发展学生的创造性思维能力,也是实现民主教学的有效途经。在一些理论性较强的法律学科,比如宪法学的教学中,采用讨论式教学法是有必要的。为了达到最佳教学效果,必须规范讨论式教学法的实施步骤。全文共分以下两大部分:第一部分阐述关于讨论式教学法的几个问题。具体包括讨论式教学法的含义和分类,讨论式教学法的目标、本质和作用,以及讨论式教学法在我国高校法学教学中的处境三个问题。第二部分探讨运用讨论式教学法的具体步骤。具体包括定题、课前准备、课堂讨论、课堂讨论成绩评定、课后总结及最终成绩评定五个步骤。
Discussion-based teaching method is corresponding with the teaching method of teaching, including case teaching method, a teaching method. It can effectively cultivate students’ creative personality and develop their creative thinking ability, which is also an effective way to achieve democratic teaching. In some theoretical law disciplines, such as constitutional teaching, the use of discussion-based pedagogy is necessary. In order to achieve the best teaching results, the implementation steps of the discussion-based pedagogy must be standardized. The full text divides into the following two parts altogether: The first part elaborated several questions about the discussion teaching method. It includes three aspects: the meaning and classification of discussion-based teaching method, the purpose, essence and function of discussion-based teaching method and the situation of discussion-based teaching method in Chinese law teaching in colleges and universities. The second part explores the concrete steps of using discussion-based pedagogy. Including the specific topics, pre-class preparation, class discussion, class discussion score assessment, after-school summary and final score assessment of five steps.
