通过在氧乙炔焰下热喷镍基碳化钨粉,对软钢基体进行了表面硬化。研究了喷涂前后加热对涂层的表面形态、硬度和耐磨特性的影响。发现,将预热温度提高到400℃,喷后加热温度提高到900℃,可以提高涂层的硬度和耐磨性。不过,我们发现,涂层断面的喷涂特性不同,涂层表面及其与软钢界面之间的某些区域的硬度和耐磨性最高。分析发现,喷涂期间以及喷后热处理期间可能发生的各种相变是涂层断面特性分布不均的—个重要原因。
The mild steel substrate was surface hardened by thermal spraying nickel-based tungsten carbide powder under the oxyacetylene flame. The effects of heating before and after spraying on the surface morphology, hardness and wear resistance of the coatings were investigated. Found that the preheating temperature increased to 400 ℃, spray heating temperature increased to 900 ℃, can improve the coating hardness and wear resistance. However, we found that the spray profile of the coating profile differed, with the highest hardness and wear resistance of the coating surface and some areas between it and the soft steel interface. The analysis found that the various phase transitions that may occur during spraying and post-spray heat treatment are an important reason for the uneven distribution of coating cross-sectional characteristics.
