邯郸国棉三厂于1988年申请使用日本“黑字还流”货款3.4亿日元(折合260万美元),引进瑞士苏尔寿片梭织机20台,项目总投资320万美元,其中配套人民币220万元。该项目引进的设备于1989年7月到货,9月安装调试全毕,目前已全部正式投入生产,基本上形成了生产能力,并已开始出口创汇。整个项目进展快、效益好、还贷有保证。邯郸国棉三厂所以能做到借得来,用得好,还得起,主要是以下几项工作做得好。
