目的:通过建立小鼠全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)模型,研究中药贯众的不同品种对SIRS模型的保护作用。方法:BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和贯众醇提物高、中、低剂量(4.68,2.34,1.17 g·kg-1)组,预防给药7 d后造模,5 h后检测小鼠肛温、呼吸频率、肺湿重/干重比、外周血白细胞计数以及糖脂代谢情况。结果:ip内毒素(LPS)6 mg·kg-1可致小鼠体温明显降低,外周血白细胞数减少,肺组织充血水肿,糖脂代谢水平降低。紫萁贯众和荚果蕨贯众可不同程度地影响LPS所致小鼠的肛温、肺干湿重、血清胆固醇和外周血白细胞数等异常改变,其中紫萁贯众作用更为明显。结论:ip LPS致小鼠SIRS模型成立,紫萁贯众和荚果蕨贯众醇提物对内毒素致小鼠SIRS有一定保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a mouse model of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) to study the protective effects of different varieties of Chinese traditional medicine on SIRS. Methods: BALB / c mice were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose groups (4.68,2.34,1.17 g · kg-1) After 5 h, the rectal temperature, respiratory rate, lung wet weight / dry weight ratio, peripheral blood leukocyte count and glucose and lipid metabolism were detected. Results: LPS 6 mg · kg-1 could significantly reduce body temperature, reduce the number of peripheral white blood cells, pulmonary congestion and edema, and lower the level of glucose and lipid metabolism. Purple aspirants and pod fern can affect the degree of rectal temperature, dry weight of lungs, serum cholesterol and peripheral blood leukocytes in LPS-induced mice to varying degrees, of which astigmatism is more obvious. CONCLUSIONS: SIRS model of mice induced by ip LPS is established. The alcohol extract of Asiaticus plicata and pod fern has some protective effect on endotoxin-induced SIRS in mice.
