准确的边界条件设置是保证数值模拟精度的必要条件,首先确定合适的边界条件,再结合计算机模拟技术对箱体零件消失模铸造工艺进行分析,最后对比实验与计算机仿真结果验证了建立的有限元模型的准确性。依据模拟分析讨论的结果做了相应的消失模铸造实验,成功地制备出了充型完整的铸件,同时铸件表面品质好,尺寸完整,无缩松和粘砂等铸造缺陷。
