通过对多家中高职院校各利益主体诉求及利益矛盾的分析,运用利益相关者理论,构建了符合中高职一体化特点的教学质量管理框架,明确人才培养目标,设置弹性课程、优化教学实施过程,通过完善评价体系、强化监督、深化沟通等机制,建立多层次的沟通渠道,使各主体可以在框架内充分发挥作用。
Through the analysis of various stakeholders’ demands and conflicts of interests in many vocational and technical colleges and universities, using the theory of stakeholder, this paper constructs a teaching quality management framework that is in line with the characteristics of the integration of higher vocational education, clarifies the objectives of personnel training, sets up flexible curriculum and optimizes teaching The implementation process, through improving the evaluation system, strengthening supervision, deepening the communication mechanism, the establishment of multi-level communication channels, so that the main body can give full play to its role in the framework.
