全国人大常委会2014年8月31日表决通过关于修改安全生产法的决定。新安法认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于安全生产工作一系列重要指示精神,从强化安全生产工作的摆位、进一步落实生产经营单位主体责任,政府安全监管定位和加强基层执法力量、强化安全生产责任追究等四个方面入手,着眼于安全生产现实问题和发展要求,补充完善了相关法律制度规定,主要有十大亮点。
