近年来,多原发恶性肿瘤(MPMNs)的发现有增多的趋势,这与恶性肿瘤患者生存时间的延长及诊断水平的提高有关。而MPMNs误诊为原发肿瘤的转移或者漏诊将指引错误的治疗方向,选择不适宜的治疗方案,导致病情恶化。因此,准确识别MPMNs的重要性日益受到关注。现根据近年来MPMNs的研究报道对MPMNs的流行病学、判断标准、形成原因、常见部位、分型以及诊疗思路予以综述。
In recent years, the discovery of multiple primary malignant tumors (MPMNs) has an increasing trend, which is related to the prolongation of survival time of patients with malignant tumors and the improvement of the diagnosis level. The misdiagnosis of MPMNs as a primary tumor metastasis or misdiagnosis will guide the wrong direction of treatment, the choice of inappropriate treatment options, resulting in deterioration of the disease. Therefore, the importance of accurately identifying MPMNs is receiving increasing attention. Now based on MPMNs research reports in recent years, the epidemiology, criteria, causes of formation, common parts, classification and diagnosis and treatment of MPMNs are reviewed.
