运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对合作自主教学法在大学生体育选项课教学中的运用进行实验研究。实验结果表明:在大学生体育选项课中实施合作自主教学可有效发展学生的速度、耐力、爆发力、力量等方面的身体素质,提高学生的专项技能水平、教学效果、喜好程度和课余参与度,激发大学生的学习兴趣和上课主动性,培养大学生的各项综合能力。
By using the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper conducts experimental research on the application of cooperative autonomous teaching in the teaching of college physical education selective courses. Experimental results show that the implementation of cooperative self-teaching in college PE classes can effectively develop students ’physical quality in terms of speed, stamina, explosive power and strength, and enhance students’ specific skills, teaching effectiveness, preference and after school participation, and stimulate Students interest in learning and class initiative, to develop the comprehensive ability of college students.
