病原微生物感染诱导宿主细胞凋亡是一种普遍的现象。细胞凋亡抑制为病原体的生长、增殖和在体内的扩散创造了便利的条件。本文着重从热休克蛋白、核因子 - κB、半胱天冬酶类等方面综述了弓形虫感染与宿主细胞凋亡抑制的研究进展。
Pathogen infection induces host cell apoptosis is a common phenomenon. Inhibition of apoptosis provides convenient conditions for the growth, proliferation and spread of pathogens in the body. This review focuses on the research progress of Toxoplasma gondii infection and host cell apoptosis inhibition from the aspects of heat shock protein, nuclear factor - kappa B and caspases.
