目的了解吉林省乡级接种单位免疫规划信息系统建设的现况,为开展免疫规划信息系统建设提供依据。方法所有乡级接种单位填写预防接种信息化现况调查表,采用描述性分析方法对免疫规划管理和信息系统建设相关的免疫服务、人员、设备、经费、信息化状况等相关指标进行分析。结果吉林省预防接种周期按月接种占75.85%,预防接种形式村级定点占46.77%,入户接种占40.41%;乡级防保组织人员年龄<45岁占77.31%,从事预防接种>3年占86.98%,但计算机操作不会的占39.15%,初级占46.93%;乡级接种单位7.23%有用于预防接种管理的计算机,5.53%使用光纤或ADSL上网,所有乡级接种单位均无用于免疫规划信息建设和管理的专项经费。结论乡级防保组织应尽快配备计算机等硬件设备,加强计算机操作培训;加大信息系统建设经费的投入,选择试点县开展免疫规划信息系统建设试点,以期摸索经验,完善系统,为最终推广奠定基础。
Objective To understand the status quo of immunization planning information system construction of vaccination units in Jilin province and to provide evidence for the construction of immunization planning information system. Methods All township vaccination units fill out a questionnaire on the status quo of vaccination information, and use descriptive analysis methods to analyze relevant indicators such as immunization services, personnel, equipment, funds and informationization status related to the immunization planning management and information system construction. Results Vaccination cycle in Jilin Province accounted for 75.85% of the monthly vaccination, 46.77% of the villages were vaccinated, 40.41% of them were inoculated in the vaccination, 77.31% of them were aged 45 or younger, and vaccinated for> 3 years Accounting for 86.98%, but 39.15% were not operated by computer and 46.93% were primary; 7.23% of rural-level vaccination units had computers for vaccination management and 5.53% were using optical fiber or ADSL to access the Internet, and none of the township vaccination units were used for immunization Planning information construction and management of the special funds. Conclusion Township anti-bank organizations should allocate hardware and equipment such as computers as soon as possible and strengthen computer operation training. Increase the input of information system construction funds, and select pilot counties to carry out pilot projects of immunization planning information system construction in order to explore experience, improve the system and lay the foundation for the final promotion basis.
