文献上曾介绍过很多种不破坏读出的磁心存储器,这些存储器在读数时利用磁矩转动,而不是畴壁位移的方法来产生输出脉冲。这种方法的一般优点是读数速度非常快,因为磁矩的转动主要是在读数脉冲上升时间内完成的。过去采用的方法往往使读出信号非常小,而且对读数脉冲的宽度与幅度都有严格的要求,元件几何形状也较复杂,并须有高度的—致性。本文所介绍的弗拉克斯洛克(Fluxlok)存储器,用简便的方法把标准的铁氧体记忆磁心
The literature has introduced a variety of non-destructive read core memory, which uses magnetic moment rotation instead of domain wall displacement to generate output pulses during reading. The general advantage of this method is that the reading speed is very fast, because the rotation of the magnetic moment is mainly done within the reading pulse rise time. The methods used in the past tended to make the readout signal very small and had strict requirements on the width and amplitude of the reading pulse.
