Objective To explore the impact of passive smoking on fetus in pregnant women. Methods 129 mothers with or without passive smoking survey, and the birth of these mothers in the height and weight measurements and blood test. Results The height and weight of newborns of passive smokers at birth were significantly different from those of non-passive smokers (P <0.01). The average hemoglobin concentration, the maternal placenta volume The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The height and weight of neonates in the observation group are lower than those in the control group, and the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration is higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant.
