研究了一种基于化学发光方法快捷检测Cd(Ⅱ)含量的新方法,可以用于食品以及自然水体等领域的小剂量微批量的快速检测,亦可用于实际工业生产中的废水处理实时监测以及社会突发性公共安全事件的的快速应急检测,相对于传统的检测方法,该方法具有灵敏度高,速度快捷,检测成本低等诸多优点。本方法利用Cd(Ⅱ)对鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光具有抑制作用且其抑制作用在一定浓度范围呈良好的线性关系为基础,经过一系列的条件优化,最终选取了p H=10.8,鲁米诺浓度为3.0×10~(-3)mol/L,过氧化氢浓度为0.25mol/L为最佳实验条件,在此条件下可以达到最佳的检测效果,其检测限达5.6x10~(-8)mol/L,线性范围为1×10~(-7)-1×10~(-6)mol/L,于此同时我们在此基础之上亦尝试构建了一种利用化学发光强度变化为基础的定性卡片式事故灾难快速应急检测传感器模型。
