很多商超以会员卡的形式记录顾客的信息,从而进行会员价销售和积分返利。本文提出了一种以会员卡记录的电子信息为基础,自动发现有相似兴趣的客户类群,再以协同推荐的方式为客户提供个性化服务的方法。此方法根据客户的消费记录预测客户的消费活动,并据此及时、主动地以电子邮件等方式为用户推送其所关心的商品信息;通过有效地吸引更多的客户和促使客户进一步消费,实现了提高商家经济效益,稳定客户来源的目的。
Many supermarkets in the form of membership card records customer information, in order to member sales price and integral rebate. This paper presents a method based on the electronic information recorded by the membership card, automatically discovering customer groups with similar interests, and then providing customers with personalized service in a collaborative manner.
