目的评价早期小切口手术对小儿脓胸的治疗价值。方法回顾性分析56例行早期小切口手术治疗的脓胸患儿临床资料。结果 56例行小切口脓胸廓清引流术后症状消失;术后X线胸片或CT检查显示肺膨胀良好、胸腔内无残腔;随访3个月～3a无复发。结论早期小切口手术治疗小儿脓胸具有创伤小、疗效好、疗程短等优势。
Objective To evaluate the value of early small incision surgery in pediatric empyema. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of empyema treated by early small incision surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results 56 cases of small incision empyema clear the symptoms disappeared; postoperative chest X-ray or CT examination showed good lung expansion, no residual cavity in the chest; 3 months follow-up ~ 3a no recurrence. Conclusion Early small incision surgery for pediatric empyema with trauma, good curative effect, short course of treatment and so on.
