板坯火焰清理是利用高温火焰气割、熔除作用去除表面缺陷,获得高质量产品的一种方法。目前,火焰清理机的研究主要集中在提高生产加工精度、优化控制过程、合理分配介质配比等方面。采用CFD软件模拟仿真烧嘴火焰可以清晰地反映火焰流动规律,揭示其本质,以解决实际问题。以鞍钢炼钢总厂装备的火焰清理机烧嘴作为研究对象,建立烧嘴介质流场数学模型,利用CFD瞬态燃烧模拟方法模拟火焰清理机烧嘴火焰由预热态转向清理态的全过程,得出了烧嘴处于各工作状态下火焰温度场和速度场,通过对结果的分析,揭示烧嘴火焰内部特性及板坯熔池生长规律,为烧嘴的功能特性分析和优化设计提供理论依据。
