按照国民经济有计划按比例发展的经济规律,我国每年都有大量的资金投入到国民经济各部门进行扩大再生产。更好地使用投资,以便获得最大的经济效果,对加速实现四个现代化具有重要的作用。从广义上讲,投资效果是多方面的,有政治的,经济的,技术的等等。有的效果可以直接用指标衡量,有的很难衡量,有的尚无法衡量。在实际工作中,一般通过技术经济分析和比较的方法,对投资效果进行全面地综合评价。本文只从有色冶金设计工作者的角度研究投资的经济效果。
In accordance with the economic law on a planned and proportional development of the national economy, every year our country has invested a large amount of funds in expanding and reproducing various sectors of the national economy. Making better use of investment so as to obtain the maximum economic results has an important role in accelerating the four modernizations. In a broad sense, the investment effect is multifaceted, with political, economic, technical and so on. Some effects can be directly measured by indicators, and some are difficult to measure, and some can not be measured. In practical work, the overall effect of investment is evaluated comprehensively through technical and economic analysis and comparative methods. This article only from the perspective of non-ferrous metallurgy design workers to study the economic impact of investment.
