不同蚜虫对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ分离物传播效率比较研究

采用北京地区发生的5种主要蚜虫桃蚜、棉蚜、萝卜蚜、豆蚜、修尾蚜,对黄瓜花叶病毒亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的两个分离物YQ和ZL进行了室内蚜虫传毒效率比较研究.同时,在田间露地栽培条件下,混合投放了5种蚜虫,研究了它们对亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ病毒传播效率的差别.结果表明,不同种类的蚜虫对亚组Ⅰ、Ⅱ病毒YQ和ZL的室内传毒效率有不同的偏向,而多种蚜虫混合投放于田间时,这些蚜虫对CMV亚组Ⅱ病毒ZL的田间综合传播效率显著高于对亚组Ⅰ病毒YQ的传播效率.
