目的分析探讨Smad4蛋白及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)信号传导通路中TGF-β1在子宫颈癌组织中的表,研究其在不同临床病理特征中的意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测120例宫颈癌和100例正常宫颈组织中Smad4蛋白及TGF-β1的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌各临床病理因素的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中TGF-β1的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,且表达与宫颈癌原发灶大小、临床分期、病理分级有关,与患者年龄无关(P<0.05);Smad4的表达明显低于正常宫颈组织,且表达与临床分期、病理分级有关,与患者年龄、原发灶大小无关(P<0.05);且TGF-β1和Smad4,在宫颈癌中的表达具有负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论联合检测Smad4蛋白及TGF-β1在宫颈癌中的表达可能对判断预后有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smad4 and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling pathway in cervical cancer and to explore the significance of TGF-β1 in different clinical and pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Smad4 protein and TGF-β1 in 120 cases of cervical cancer and 100 cases of normal cervical tissue. The relationship between the expression of Smad4 and clinicopathological parameters of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of TGF-β1 in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue. The expression of TGF-β1 was correlated with the size, clinical stage and pathological grade of cervical cancer (P <0.05), while the expression of Smad4 was significantly lower The expression of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in cervical cancer was negatively correlated with clinical stage and pathological grade (P <0.05), but not with age and the size of primary tumor (P <0.05) ). Conclusion The combined detection of Smad4 protein and TGF-β1 expression in cervical cancer may have important value in judging the prognosis.
