尽管我国教育事业随着改革开放的大浪潮飞速发展,然而,在当今高职院校以培育专业技能和以推动就业为导向的教育模式下,大学生人文素养培育的受重视程度却每况愈下,高校学生的人文素养水平并没有伴随教育事业的大幅发展而并驾齐驱。本文基于当前高等教育人文素养水平的客观环境,以高职院校学生为研究对象,开展如何确保在“硬件”教育投入不减少的前提下,加大对高职院校学生“软件”教育的分析论证,务求从中寻求一条“软硬兼施”的教育路径,达到相互促进、均衡发展的教育目的。
Despite the rapid development of education in our country with the great wave of reform and opening up, under the current education mode of cultivating professional skills and promoting employment in higher vocational colleges, the emphasis of humanistic accomplishment cultivation of college students is getting worse. The level of humanistic literacy did not keep pace with the substantial development of education. Based on the objective environment of humanistic accomplishment of higher education at present, this paper takes the students of higher vocational colleges as the research object and carries out how to ensure that the input of “hardware” education is not reduced, “Education analysis and demonstration, in order to seek from them a” hard and soft "education path to mutual promotion and balanced development of educational purposes.
