目的 探讨缺血预处理 (IP)对猪肺隔离药物灌注 (ILP)肺损伤的保护作用。方法 建立猪肺阿霉素隔离灌注模型 ,对 12头猪随机分为隔离灌注组 (C组 )和缺血预处理后隔离灌注组(IP组 ) ,对比观察缺血预处理对肺血流动力学 ,肺形态学影响。结果 IP组灌注后气道峰压(14 .2 5± 0 .96)、肺血管阻力 (2 84.2 5± 2 6.16)、肺湿重 /干重比 (3 .18± 0 .3 2 )明显低于C组(18.75± 2 .2 2 ,5 82 .5 0± 66.13 ,5 .46± 0 .5 5 ) ,动脉氧分压 (3 16.5 5± 19.0 1)明显高于C组(182 .0 8± 13 .0 4) ,差异均有显著性。镜下观察IP组肺损伤程度较轻。结论 肺隔离灌注化疗对肺具有一定损伤作用 ;IP对ILP肺损伤具有保护作用
Objective To investigate the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning (IP) on lung injury induced by isolated pulmonary perfusion drug (ILP).
