目的探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的同时评价心动周期不同时相冠状静脉系统的可行性。方法筛选行冠状动脉CTA检查无冠状动脉病变、心电图及超声心动图检查均正常的患者40例,分别于收缩期和舒张期进行二维、三维图像重建,观察冠状窦(CS)及其属支的显示情况,采用3D法测量主要属支汇入处的夹角,运用CORO SINUS血管分析软件测量CS及其属支的形态学参数,并计算变化率。结果CS及其属支在收缩期和舒张期均获得较高质量图像。收缩期与舒张期相比,各属支与CS-GCV心房侧的夹角大小无明显变化。除CS长度外,CS及其属支各项测量值收缩期均大于舒张期。结论64层螺旋CT可用于评价心动周期不同时相CS及其属支的变化规律,为临床工作及CS血流动力学的MSCT研究提供有用参考。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT in the simultaneous assessment of coronary venous system at different phases of cardiac cycle. Methods Forty patients with coronary artery lesions without coronary lesions, electrocardiogram and echocardiography were enrolled in this study. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional images were reconstructed in systole and diastole respectively. The coronary sinus (CS) Of the cases, using 3D method to measure the angle of the main branch of imports, the use of CORO SINUS vascular analysis software to measure the morphological parameters of CS and its branches, and calculate the rate of change. Results CS and its branches obtained higher quality images during systole and diastole. Systolic and diastolic compared to the branches and atrium of CS-GCV no significant change in the size of the size. In addition to the CS length, CS and its branches measured the systolic were greater than the diastolic. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT can be used to evaluate the changes of CS and its branches at different phases of cardiac cycle, and provide a useful reference for clinical work and CSCT hemodynamics study.
