在去年12月召开的中国企业领袖年会上,一个鲜明的主题引人注目:全球化的天花板——突破迈向世界级企业的瓶颈。所谓“天花板”,就是跨国公司掌握的知识产权和设置的技术标准。这就像屋里的“天花板”,你再跳得高,也难以突破,有了这个“天花板”,中国企业的上升空间就受到限制。
At the annual meeting of Chinese corporate leaders held in December last year, a distinctive theme attracted attention: the ceiling of globalization has broken through the bottleneck towards world-class companies. The so-called “ceiling” is the intellectual property rights and technical standards set by multinational companies. It’s like the “ceiling” in the house. You jump high and you can’t break it. With this “ceiling,” the upside of Chinese companies is limited.
