用二苯并蒽诱发了高发病率(90％以上)小鼠肺肿瘤,其中80％以上为腺癌。电镜观察发现有的腺癌具有肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞的特点,有的具有Clara细胞的特点,多数腺癌则兼具有Ⅱ型上皮细胞及clara细胞的特点。
Dibenzopyrene induced a high incidence (90%) of mouse lung tumors, of which more than 80% were adenocarcinomas. Electron microscopy revealed that some adenocarcinomas had the characteristics of alveolar type II epithelial cells, some had the characteristics of Clara cells, and most adenocarcinomas had the characteristics of type II epithelial cells and clara cells.
