高中化学《烃的衍生物》一章中,乙醛和银氨溶液的反应即银镜反应是验证乙醛具有还原性的重要实验,还是检验有还原性的糖的实验方法。同时该实验原理与工业上的制镜原理类似,是将课本知识与实际生产知识结合起来的典型实例。掌握该实验的原理和操作要领在教学中的作用可见一斑。教材上对该实验的操作方法介绍简约,给师生在学习和实践中留下了足够的探索空间。经笔者查阅相关资料和多次实践探索发现,要做好银镜反应需要注意以下诀窍。
