目的掌握驻山东省部队营区蚊类种群分布,为蚊虫防治工作提供参考。方法分别采用人帐诱捕法和灯诱法在营区内捕获成蚊,并进行种类鉴定。结果共捕获蚊虫5 784只,隶属于5属26种,中华按蚊、淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊在各部队营区均有分布,淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊、海滨伊蚊、中华按蚊和二带喙库蚊等5种蚊虫占全部捕获总数的76.53%。10个营区的优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,4个营区的优势蚊种为三带喙库蚊,另有3个和2个营区的优势蚊种分别为海滨伊蚊和二带喙库蚊,仅驻蒙阴营的优势蚊种为刺扰伊蚊;人帐诱法和灯诱法调查驻不同地理位置的营区蚊虫捕获率存在明显差异,灯诱法调查同一营区的不同生境蚊虫捕获率亦存在明显差异,以营区内植被区的捕获率最高,其次是营区围墙外和训练场所边,战士宿舍外的蚊虫捕获率最低。结论驻山东省部队营区蚊虫种群呈多样性分布,提示各部队营区应根据驻地优势蚊种开展科学防灭蚊,有效控制蚊密度,防止蚊媒传染病的发生。
Objective To understand the distribution of mosquito population in the battalion in Shandong Province and to provide references for the prevention and control of mosquitoes. Methods Adult mosquitoes were captured in the battalion by using the method of human trap and light trap, respectively. Results A total of 5 784 mosquitoes were captured, belonging to 5 genera and 26 species. Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus were distributed in all battalion battalions. Culex pipiens pallens, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Aedes albopictus, Anopheles and Culex tritaeniorhynchus and other five kinds of mosquitoes accounted for 76.53% of the total captured. The dominant mosquito species in 10 camps were Culex pipiens pallens, the dominant mosquito species in 4 camps were Culex tritaeniorhynchus, and the dominant mosquito species in 3 and 2 camps were Ae. Pertussis and Culex. The mosquito species dominant only in Mengyin Camp were the mosquitoes which infect Aedes mosquitoes; the entrapment rates of mosquitoes in battalions in different geographic locations were investigated by the method of human entrapment and light induction. The capture rate of mosquitoes in different habitats in the same camp There were obvious differences. The catch rate of the vegetation area in the camp area was the highest, followed by the fence outside the camp area and the training ground. The mosquito catch rate outside the warrior dormitory was the lowest. Conclusion The distribution of mosquito populations in the battalion in Shandong Province shows that mosquito populations in all battalion camps should be scientifically protected against mosquitoes according to dominant species of mosquitoes and the density of mosquitoes should be effectively controlled to prevent mosquito-borne diseases.
