目的探讨老年胃癌患者术后早期行肠内营养支持的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月营口经济技术开发区第二人民医院收治的42例行手术治疗的老年胃癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为A组与B组,各21例。B组患者给予全肠外营养,A组患者行早期肠内营养支持,比较两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况以及营养指标改善情况。结果 A组患者术后肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均明显短于B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);A组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第8天,A组患者的血红蛋白、血清清蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均明显高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论老年胃癌患者术后早期行肠内营养可有效改善其营养状况,促进胃肠功能早日恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition support for elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods Forty-two elderly patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery from the Second People’s Hospital of Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as research objects and divided into A group and B group according to random number table method. 21 cases each. Group B patients were given total parenteral nutrition, group A patients with early enteral nutrition support, the two groups were compared postoperative recovery, complications and nutritional status improvement. Results The time of the first defecation, the time of first defecation and the length of hospital stay in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B (all P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.05). On the 8th day after operation, the levels of hemoglobin, serum albumin and transferrin in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (all P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant <0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition in elderly patients with gastric cancer can effectively improve their nutritional status and promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the hospital stay.
