采用提拉法生长Yb~(3+)掺杂原子数分数为10%高质量的Yb:Lu_3Al_5O_(12)(Yb:LuAG)晶体。对晶体在不同气氛下退火的光谱性能进行了表征。研究发现,吸收光谱中363和562 nm附近的吸收带与Yb~(2+)有关。晶体在空气气氛下退火后,测得的荧光光谱强度最强,荧光寿命最长。增益截面曲线的研究表明Yb:LuAG晶体具有宽的发射带。在抽运功率为9.59 W的激光二极管(LD)抽运下,Yb:LuAG晶体获得3.05 W的连续激光输出,斜率效率为41.7%,激光抽运阈值为40 mW。
The Yb: (3+) doped Yb: Lu_3Al_5O_ (12) (Yb: LuAG) crystal with 10% atomic number was grown by the Czochralski method. The spectral properties of the crystals annealed under different atmospheres were characterized. It is found that the absorption bands around 363 and 562 nm in the absorption spectrum are related to Yb 2+. Crystals annealed in the air atmosphere, the fluorescence intensity measured the strongest, the longest fluorescence life. Studies of gain cross section curves show that Yb: LuAG crystals have a broad emission band. The Yb: LuAG crystal achieved a continuous laser output of 3.05 W at a pumping power of 9.59 W laser diode (LD) pumping with a slope efficiency of 41.7% and a laser pumping threshold of 40 mW.
